By May 9, 2022, over 50 properties across the United States and Central America will be integrated into the World of Hyatt program. While AMR’s European resorts will also join the program, no timeline for their addition has been announced.

With the addition of the AMR properties, the company has unveiled a new award chart specifically for the all-inclusive resorts not part of the Miraval brand. The new destinations are split into six categories, with a points price range between 12,000 per night for off-peak awards, to 58,000 points per night for peak awards at the highest end.

The new hotels and award chart are part of Hyatt’s acquisition of Apple Leisure Group in 2021. At the time, the company said the new properties would double the global resorts footprint by adding “approximately 100 hotels and resorts operating in 10 countries, as well as a pipeline of 24 executed deals in the Americas and Europe.”

New Additions Complement Extended Bonus Offer

The addition of new resorts to World of Hyatt pairs well with their latest promotion, extended through July 2022 for certain properties. The program is offering travelers an additional 500 points when they stay at one of their 22 newly opened hotels around the world within the promotional period.
